I started my career in real estate several years ago after realizing the need to house homeless families in the greater Seattle area was not being met. This realization broke my heart. I helped to launch Vision House, a non-profit housing developer and service provider. The non-profit grew exponentially, now employing over 55 people and developing several multi-family housing complexes, child care centers, community centers, and retail locations. I continue to be an active volunteer and contributor to the non-profit whose mission is still very dear to my heart.
After 25 years leading the organization, I transitioned to the for-profit side of real estate. My background as a general contractor, builder, and developer for several million dollars worth of residential and multi-family complexes helps me guide my clients in making the best possible choices.
